We rent the property from you and effectively become your tenant. We manage the property renting it to key workers and our guests on a short-term accommodation basis, ranging from a few days to a few months depending upon our clients' needs.

Your property is kept in show home condition and is professionally cleaned and maintained throughout the contract.

Between every stay, and during longer stays, the property is professionally cleaned from top to bottom.

No more late-night complaints: if the boiler breaks down or the oven stops working – we sort it, at our cost. The heating breaks down, or the toilet is blocked – we sort it, at our cost. We have service plans in place to cover boiler, heating, plumbing and major kitchen appliances. So no more calls to you in the middle of the night from angry tenants.

Like a 'normal' tenant, we pay the utility bills and council tax. As the property owner, you continue to pay buildings insurance, factoring fees (if relevant) and maintaining the fabric of the building – as you would a traditional landlord.

What tenant gives you that assurance?

At the end of a 'normal' tenancy, as the landlord you probably expect you're going to have at least some refurbishment or repairs to do between tenants. This leads to voids and lost income. Not with us – you get your property back in the same or better condition. It's even professionally cleaned before you get the keys back.

End of Agreement

At the end of the contract, we will meet with you to discuss how to go forward. If the Agreement is working for all parties, then we can extend it if that's what we all want. Otherwise, we return the keys to your property and shake hands.
