The living room was a blank canvas for us to turn into something special

We added a new real wood floor through the living room into the entrance hall, painted and furnished. The room is now warm, comfortable and inviting.

We didn't have a 'before' of the hall – this is the after. We continued the beautiful living room floor into the hall to give a great impression as soon as you step in the front door.

Our most recent property has proven to be a real success story.
When we took it on, it had the essence of a beautiful apartment – it just needed some vision to transform it.
The owner knew that they had to invest in the property and was happy to do so. We agreed a budget and began work. The kitchen and bathroom were the worst rooms of all and were totally transformed. We brought the property up to an exceptionally high standard.
Once complete, we showed the property to one of our corporate clients, and within 30 minutes they had booked it for the next six months. That's how we have the confidence to offer our clients guaranteed rent – we know our product and how it works best.
